Bio
Matt joined the firm in 2024, and his practice focuses on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, collection matters, real estate transactions, and zoning issues. Matt is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.
Matt comes to the firm with experience in complex commercial and business litigation involving contract disputes, planned communities, the appointment of receivers, fraudulent transfers, failed real estate deals and confessed judgments.
Matt is heavily involved in several legal and real estate organizations in Southeastern Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and is a member of its 2026 MBA Leadership Academy class. Matt is also involved in the Montgomery County Development Professionals and the Chester County Commercial Industrial Investment Council.
Matt earned his Juris Doctorate in 2021 from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he served on the executive committee of the Villanova Intellectual Property Society. He has a B.A. in Political Science from Colgate University.
