Matt joined Timoney Knox in 2024. His practice focuses on commercial and real estate litigation and business disputes. Matt is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Matt comes to the firm with experience in medium and large-scale business litigation involving contract disputes, the Pennsylvania Uniform Planned Community Act, the appointment of receivers, the Pennsylvania Uniform Voidable Transactions Act, and confessed judgments.
Matt earned his Juris Doctor in 2021 from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he served on the executive committee of the Villanova Intellectual Property Society. He has a B.A. in Political Science from Colgate University.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys cooking Italian food and flyfishing.
