Trudy Callison joined Timoney Knox in the Accounting Department in 2001. Trudy brought with her over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting. Her career experiences include working in the banking industry, a large corporation, a manufacturing business and a non-profit provider for day programs for adults with developmental and physical disabilities.
In 2005, Trudy was promoted to Accounting Manager. As such, Trudy assisted with training attorneys and staff in the firm’s time and billing software, mentoring new accounting personnel, providing ad hoc financial information to the firm’s management and collaborated with the firm’s Director of Administration on ways to assist our clients and to make the firm more profitable.
In 2014, the firm created the position of Director of Finance and Trudy assumed the role and responsibilities of oversight of the firm’s finances. Trudy was instrumental in establishing a more environmentally friendly approach to billing by emailing invoices when able and creating a secure online portal for receipt of payments.
She is passionate about providing excellent service to clients while assisting in the management of the firm. She actively participates in ensuring positive relationships with clients, vendors and financial providers.
Since 2014, Trudy has been a member of the Association of Legal Administrators. In addition, she has held a position on the Board of the Juris Users International Group since 2012, becoming Secretary/Treasurer in 2013, a position she still holds.
Trudy is an avid Phillies fan and enjoys country music, reading and traveling. She enjoys cooking and baking and generously shares her creations with her co-workers. She resides in Montgomery County with her mother.
