Spencer Holm joined the Commercial and Civil Litigation team of Timoney Knox in 2025.
Spencer received his Bachelor’s Degree from Cornell University and his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Camden, where he graduated cum laude. Spencer served as the Technology Editor for the Rutgers Business Law Review, where he published a Note on commercial water rights issues during droughts in California. Spencer completed his studies with a Certificate in Corporate & Business Law, and worked during law school in the fields of intellectual property, environmental law, and DEP regulation. Prior to joining the firm, Spencer was a law clerk for the Honorable Michael J. Silvanio, P.J.Cr. in Woodbury, New Jersey.
When not practicing law, Spencer loves spending time with his wife and young daughter, especially getting outside into nature at a nearby park or trail. Spencer is a die-hard Philly sports fan, and especially loves watching local college basketball games.
