Bio
Sergiy joined the Commercial and Civil Litigation Team of Timoney Knox in 2025. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Upon his graduation from Temple University with a Bachelor’s in Legal Studies, Sergiy worked as a paralegal in civil litigation for several years prior to attending law school. Prior to law school, Sergiy opened a company called Lumen Legal, which was designed to assist law firms with intake management. Through law school, he continued to hone his knowledge and skills in Civil Litigation through his work at Swartz Culleton. Upon his graduation from Widener School of Law in 2022, Sergiy managed a diverse case load of matters including complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, and real estate with a full service firm in Montgomery County.
Sergiy earned his Juris Doctorate in 2022 from Widener University Delaware Law School . He has a B.A. in Legal Studies from Temple University.
When Sergiy is not working, he enjoys camping and spending time with friends and family.
