Bio

Peter F. Della Porta, Jr. joined the Litigation Team at Timoney Knox in 2026.  Peter focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and collection matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Peter worked at a boutique law firm representing a Fortune 500 Company in premises liability, products liability, employment law, and premise security matters.  His experience also includes serving as an Assistant District Attorney for the City of Philadelphia where he managed a diverse caseload and successfully argued hundreds of pretrial and posttrial motions and earned favorable verdicts in numerous bench and jury trials.

Peter graduated magna cum laude from Vermont Law School where he was an active member of the Vermont Law School Energy Clinic.

In his spare time, Peter enjoys traveling, exercising, cooking and spending quality time with family and friends.
