Jeneen Magnin joined Timoney Knox as an estates and trusts paralegal in February, 2023. She brings with her over 23 years of experience handling estates and trusts that range in value from insolvency to multi million dollar portfolios.  Jeneen enjoys working with the attorneys at Timoney Knox to provide clients with exceptional service and endeavors to make the sometimes difficult task of administering estates and trusts as easy and efficient as possible for executors and trustees.

With regard to estate administration, Jeneen will guide executors through the probate process, analyze the decedent’s assets and expenses, prepare federal and state death tax returns, prepare fiduciary income tax returns, draft and file Petitions and Accountings in Orphans’ Court, communicate with the Attorney General’s Office on behalf of charitable beneficiaries and arrange for final distribution according to the decedent’s will or the intestacy laws for the decedent’s state of residence.

As for trust administration, Jeneen has experience with funding trusts, re-titling assets, preparing fiduciary accountings, preparing annual fiduciary income tax returns, calculating trustee commissions and making principal and income distributions to the beneficiaries according to the trust document.

Jeneen graduated LaSalle University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration.

When not traveling the United States to cheer on their three children at their respective sporting events, Jeneen and her husband enjoy fishing and relaxing at the beach.
