Tyler J. Dunphy became an associate at Timoney Knox in 2019 as part of its Students’ Rights team. Mr. Dunphy focuses his practice on the needs of children and their families with regard to special education law and students’ rights including transgender rights.
Mr. Dunphy has also practiced in the areas of employment discrimination and civil litigation.
Mr. Dunphy received a B.A. degree in Government from The College of William and Mary and a Juris Doctor degree from the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Education at the University of Pennsylvania.
