Michael V. Di Girolamo joined Timoney Knox as an associate in 2017 and concentrates his practice in the areas of business and corporate law, intellectual property and trusts and estates.

He assists clients in forming corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, buying and selling businesses, employment-related matters, contract preparation and negotiation, and intellectual property, as well as civil and commercial litigation in those areas. 

Mr. Di Girolamo has a Biology Degree from Franklin & Marshall College and he received his Juris Doctor from the Widener University School of Law.  During his time at Widener, Mr. Di Girolamo served as a certified legal intern for the Montgomery County District Attorney’s office and as an intern for the Honorable Judge John E. Jones, III in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Di Girolamo worked as an attorney at a hedge fund in Manhattan focusing on financial compliance and complex transactions.  He then worked as an attorney at two firms specializing in insurance defense and a boutique construction firm where he focused on corporate formations, transactions and civil litigation related to those areas.
