Matthew focuses his practice on insurance litigation including policy coverage disputes, bad faith/extra-contractual liability, and insurance fraud investigations.

Matthew was awarded his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maine, having double majored in both Finance and Economics. Matthew later returned to the University of Maine and was awarded his law degree.

Prior to joining Timoney Knox, Matthew began his career working as a property and casualty Underwriter with American International Group (AIG) in their environmental insurance group. Through that experience, Matthew brings years of underwriting knowledge and familiarity to Timoney Knox.
