Matt is an Associate in the Insurance Industry Group. He is licensed in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland.
Matt focuses his practice on complex first-party insurance coverage disputes, bad faith allegations and investigations of suspected insurance fraud. He regularly counsels insurers in complex coverage disputes and policy interpretations related primarily to homeowners and commercial insurance policies.
Matt has authored and spoken on a variety of topics, including bad faith, ethics, and condominium policy interpretation.
Before joining Timoney Knox, Matt served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert O. Baldi in the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He also served as a certified legal intern for The Children’s Advocacy Clinic of The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University.
