Published Works

  • Whitford and the Elusive Standard for Political Gerrymandering

Julia is an Associate in the Insurance Industry Group. She focuses her practice on insurance coverage and litigation, with an emphasis on first-party property insurance.

Before joining Timoney Knox, Julia served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert W. Bingham, II, J.S.C in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Mercer County Vicinage.  Julia received her undergraduate degree from Temple University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. During law school, she served as associate editor of the Drexel Law Review. She is also a winner of the National Law Review writing contest for her article exploring legal strategies in political gerrymandering (Whitford and the Elusive Standard for Political Gerrymandering, April 5, 2017).
