Dawn N. Cohen joined Timoney Knox, LLP as an associate in 2018. She is a member of the firm’s Insurance Industry group and focuses her practice on insurance and commercial litigation. Ms. Cohen routinely handles all matters involving insurance litigation including coverage disputes, bad faith cases and the investigation of potential insurance fraud.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Cohen practiced corporate litigation in Wilmington, Delaware and commercial litigation in Philadelphia and served as an intern to the Honorable Gregory M. Sleet, United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.

Ms. Cohen is a graduate of Villanova University, where she graduated magna cum laude and was elected to membership in the Order of the Coif.  She also served as the Business Editor for the Villanova Sports and Entertainment Law Journal.
