Dan is an Associate in the Insurance Industry Group. Dan focuses his practice on commercial and insurance litigation.  He handles matters involving insurance coverage disputes, including bad faith allegations and breach of contract claims.   Dan also assists insurance companies in fraud investigations and complex coverage evaluations.

Before joining Timoney Knox, Dan was an Assistant Public Defender at the Defender Association of Philadelphia.  Dan represented defendants in criminal matters in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and in Philadelphia Municipal Court.  Dan has handled hundreds of criminal cases, including jury trials and serious felonies.

Dan graduated from the Temple University Beasley School of Law magna cum laude. Dan’s academic achievements at Temple earned him membership into the Order of the Coif Honor Society.
