Joshua S. Ganz is an associate with Timoney Knox, LLP. His practice focuses on labor and employment matters along with education law and general litigation. Josh has represented businesses in commercial litigation matters throughout the United States, and assisted clients in arbitrations and mediations, regulatory compliance matters, day-to-day business counseling and contract drafting and negotiation. Josh also has experience in collective bargaining and employment discrimination litigation. In addition, Josh has represented dozens of school districts, vocational schools, intermediate units and municipalities in the capacity of solicitor and special counsel. He was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer - Rising Star (2008) for his expertise in school and education law.

Josh is active in the Montgomery County Bar Association and is currently President of a local chapter of the American Inns of Court.

Josh received his B.A. in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University in 1997. He received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 2000, where he was a member of the Wagner Labor Moot Court team.
