  John J. McAneney, a Partner at Timoney Knox, is also a Certified Public Accountant. With the Firm since 1991, he assists clients in forming corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, buying and selling businesses, as well as corporate management, tax and employment-related matters.

  Admitted to practice in federal and state courts in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the United States Tax Court, Mr. McAneney is experienced in tax and civil litigation, contract law and litigation, estate planning and administration and elder law. He has a Finance degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, a Juris Doctor and Master's Degree in Taxation from the Temple University School of Law, Philadelphia, and an MBA, with an emphasis in Accounting, also from Temple University.

  Mr. McAneney is active in his community, serving from 2001-2004 as an Upper Dublin School Director and, from 1997-2005, as Solicitor and Vice President of the MONTCO Chamber of Commerce.  In 2006 he served as President of the MONTCO Chamber of Commerce, and now serves on the Board of Directors of the MONTCO Chamber of Commerce.
