  Herman J. Weinrich, a partner at Timoney Knox, has been with the firm since 1985.  A lifelong resident of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Mr. Weinrich earned a Bachelor's Degree from Villanova University, Villanova, Pa. and his law degree from Dickinson School of Law, Carlisle, Pa.  At Dickinson, he received an American Bar Association award for scholastic achievement and graduated cum laude.  During law school, he worked for Dauphin County Public Defender's office and was editor of the school's newspaper, Res Ipsa Loquitur.  He is a member of Dickinson's law honor society.

  Mr. Weinrich's practice focuses on personal injury and commercial litigation.  He handles a variety of cases including product liability, construction contract disputes, real estate matters and all types of insurance claims.  He also has extensive experience representing defendants in criminal matters including DUI, license suspensions and cases in the juvenile justice system.  He also represents individuals in connection with Social Security claims.

  For many years, Mr. Weinrich has volunteered his time to the Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund, a nonprofit organization which provides financial assistance for the uninsured needs of families with chronically and terminally ill children.  Since 2003, he has been President of the Board and the Executive Committee.  During his tenure as President, the organization earned the Eastern College Award for excellence in operating a nonprofit organization and, under his leadership, the Fund received the Glaxo-Smith Kline International Impact Award.
