Attorneys

  David S. Reno, a Partner with Timoney Knox, concentrates his practice on representing insurance carriers and self-insured employers throughout Eastern and Central Pennsylvania in workers' compensation matters.  Mr. Reno joined the firm in 1989, after working for the Pennsylvania Bureau of  Workers' Compensation as Regional Counsel.  In his practice Mr. Reno represents his clients by formulating effective strategies to contest a claim's compensability and limit exposure through litigation and mediation.

  Mr. Reno is a member of the Workers' Compensation Sections of both the Pennsylvania and Montgomery County Bar Associations, and has been a faculty member for Continuing Legal  Education seminars on workers' compensation matters.  He has successfully argued workers' compensation matters before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

  Mr. Reno holds a degree in political science from Grove City College, Grove City, Pennsylvania, where he was a Presidential Scholar.  He earned his law degree in 1987 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. While in law school, he worked in the Allegheny County District Attorney's office.
