Carol A. Crisci joined Timoney Knox in 2003. For the first several years of her legal practice, Ms. Crisci worked for the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, as a law clerk for the late Vincent J. Cirillo, P.J.E, then with President Judge Stephen McEwen, and ultimately the Central Legal Staff. Ms. Crisci has over 13 years experience in appellate practice, and continues to handle appeals on a variety of legal issues in civil cases, providing a fresh review and objective analysis as to whether a case may need to progress past the trial level.

Since joining Timoney Knox, Ms. Crisci concentrates primarily on representing local and nationally-known employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators in all phases of workers' compensation litigation.  She has extensive experience at the trial level, but also handles the cases before the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board, and appeals before the appellate courts of this Commonwealth, including the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Crisci holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry and prior to entering the legal profession, worked for 16 years at McNeil Consumer Products, a division of Johnson & Johnson, both as a chemist and in the finance department. She earned her law degree from Widener University School of Law and is a member of the honors chapter of the legal fraternity Phi Delta Phi.

Ms. Crisci is active in the Montgomery County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations' appellate practice and workers' compensation committees and/or sections.  Ms. Crisci has been a faculty member for continuing legal education courses in workers' compensation and for appellate practitioners.

Ms. Crisci has been a professional singer and remains an avid golfer.  She has participated in pro-am events and worked as a volunteer at tournaments. She is on the Board of Directors of The Greater Philadelphia PGA Junior Golf Foundation.
