  • Represented a county municipal water and sewer authority to defeat the attempt of its largest customer, a major brewing company, to abrogate its long-term obligations under a supply contract.
  • Was able to secure a rejection of a validity and curative amendment challenge to a munipal zoning ordinance that would have resulted in the rezoning of nearly 90 acres of rural agriculture land to allow high density apartments and townhouses.
  • Assisted a Borough explore the possibility of acquiring its municipal authority in order to consolidate the provision of public services within the Borough.
  • Represented water authorities in the settlement of a multi-million dollar damages claim against a county, which resulted in the acquisition by the authorities of a multipurpose water supply project for an electric power facility and residential and commercial water customers.
